Patrick Bombardiere is a Senior Broker, Partner, and Owner of Transworld Business Advisors of Colorado, bringing more than 30 years of combined experience in commercial real estate and business brokerage throughout Colorado.

A Denver-area native, Patrick developed his passion for entrepreneurship at an early age. His family owned and operated a successful small business for more than 25 years, and Patrick began working in the family business at just eight years old, continuing through college. That early experience gave him a firsthand understanding of the dedication, challenges, and rewards that come with owning a business.

Patrick later put that experience into practice when he and his wife, Beth, purchased a small business in Denver. Together, they operated and substantially grew the company before ultimately selling it. Having personally experienced the process of acquiring, operating, growing, and selling a business, Patrick understands the business-owner journey from the inside out.

Throughout his career, Patrick has worked with business owners across a wide range of industries and has personally helped sell more than 100 businesses, with transaction values ranging from approximately $50,000 to more than $40 million. He has also been a partner and owner of a residential mortgage company in Colorado, further expanding his experience in finance, real estate, and business operations.

Patrick's approach goes beyond simply putting a business on the market. He works closely with owners to understand the true value of their company, identify opportunities to increase that value, develop a strategy for a successful exit, and determine the most likely and qualified buyers. His goal is to help business owners maximize both the value of their business and the likelihood of a successful transaction.

Patrick holds a degree in Marketing from Metropolitan State College of Denver. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, cycling, tennis, hiking, and spending time with his wife, Beth, their two adult children, and their new grandson.

A Colorado native, Taylor has an excellent understanding of the Front Range business landscape. Growing up in Denver, in a home with small business-owning parents, Taylor understands the challenges and rewards that come along with “being your own boss,” which help him bring a knowledge-based perspective to his client support. It is this background that led Taylor to seek out a career in business brokerage. Taylor has helped many business owners large and small to understand the value of their business and to find the best possible buyer. He also works to help business owners understand how to grow their business with an eye on exiting sometime in the future.

After graduating from the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in marketing and real estate, Taylor is prepared to help represent small business owners and help them achieve their exit goals. When not at work, Taylor enjoys skiing, hockey, golf, and, lacrosse and rooting for his favorite football teams on Sundays.
